The Global Engineering Congress 2025 and the WFEO General Assembly

The World Federation of Engineering Organizations 2025 General Assembly (WFEO 2025 GA) will be held in Shanghai between 12 and 17 October 2025. This prestigious event is jointly organized by the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government.

With the theme “Engineering shapes a Green Future”, the congress will focus on the pivotal role of engineering technologies in addressing climate change, fostering green economic growth, shaping a globally sustainable and human-centered development framework, and enhancing human well-being. It aims to contribute to the realization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
